Reclaim (What Good God Created) - Healing Your Relationship with Your Body
Women's bodies can do and be so much! God intended for us to enjoy our bodies as He created them: GOOD! In this group, adult women will have the chance to explore their relationships with their bodies, food, and movement. We will reflect on how our current behaviors came to be, develop skills for a healthier relationship with our bodies, and process our learning, thoughts, and emotions in community.
